Jack is the Managing Partner of the firm, which he founded in 2019 with a vision to provide quality and trusted audit services tailored to the needs of businesses in Singapore and the region. He is a Practising Public Accountant registered with ACRA, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a member of CPA Australia.

Jack brings with him over 17 years of audit and assurance experience, including his time with international public accounting firms such as Mazars LLP Singapore and Ernst & Young Malaysia. His professional experience covers external audits, group consolidations, and financial reporting for multinational corporations, SGX-listed companies, and SMEs with operations in countries including China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan and others.

He has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries such as trading, logistics, services, education, manufacturing, investment holdings, and distribution. Jack is well-versed in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IFRS, and regional financial practices.

As a trusted advisor to his clients, Jack believes in long-term partnerships built on professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.

Lilian is a Consultant with the firm, specialising in corporate outsourcing services and financial advisory. She brings with her more than 13 years of experience in financial advisory, including buy-side investment roles at leading capital management firms in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Her work has spanned Asia and emerging markets—including Singapore, China, ASEAN, Taiwan, and beyond.

Lilian has deep industry knowledge across a broad range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail, healthcare services, logistics, and more. She also leads the firm’s outsourcing functions, covering areas such as payroll management, accounting, and company incorporation services—supporting businesses at every stage of their growth.

She has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2016 and is currently furthering her professional development through the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) programme.
